In an automated workstation, the operators safety is one of most important aspects, although often underestimated. Sytrama provides standard, floor mounting, safety fences with steel tubular posts and electro-welded mesh panels. Alternatively, conveyor belt mounted guarding (with aluminum frame and Lexan panels) are proposed. Other customization are available upon request.

Every fence is provided with a door open request key switch, an emergency stop and a reset button. The standard gates are also provided with a safety switch, which detects their opening and interrupts the power supply to the equipment situated inside the enclosed space. The dimensioning of the cage is carefully studied and realized, in order to satisfy all the requirements of the current accident prevention regulations.
